The fastest way to reach us is by email. We answer most messages within a couple of business days, sometimes within a couple of hours during a race weekend.

What to send our way

• Bug reports. If something on the site is wrong, broken, or rendering badly, please tell us. A screenshot and the URL go a long way. Live session pages stop polling automatically when a session ends — if you see a stale dashboard during a session, that is the kind of thing we want to know about.
• Data corrections. Driver, team, or circuit metadata flows in from upstream sources and is cached aggressively. If you spot something out-of-date, let us know and we will purge the relevant cache keys.
• Feature requests. We do not promise to build everything, but we read every suggestion. The prediction hub and chart suite are still evolving, and reader feedback shapes the priority list.
• Press and partnerships. We are open to interviews and collaborations that respect the site’s independent positioning — no sportsbook affiliations, no paid editorial.
• Data-rights requests. Under GDPR, you can ask us what (if anything) we hold about you, request its deletion, or lodge a complaint. Email is the right channel for these requests.

What we cannot help with

We are not a betting service, a ticketing service, an official press office, or a fan club. Questions about race tickets, driver autographs, merchandise, or any official Formula racing business should go to the appropriate constructor or licensing body, not to us.
